Methods
Life forms: birds

Sites: 4

Sampling methods: quadrat, mist nets

Sample size: 1268 individuals

Years: 2010 - 2012

Nets or traps: 20

Net or trap nights: 2282

Basal area status: not applicable

Sampling comments: "Sampling took place during the dry season, from December to February, over a three-year time frame... At each site, we positioned twenty 12 × 2.5 m nets within a 1 ha area and at least 50 m from any bordering habitat type... net placement approximated a square of 60 m on each side... Each site was sampled at least six times every season, with approximately two weeks between each sampling session. A sampling session consisted of opening the nets half an hour before sunrise and keeping the nets open for six continuous hours"; total effort was 13, 690 net hours (approximately 2282 net days, generally consistent with the other figures)
